Koursair AI is a travel matching platform that uses artificial intelligence to connect compatible travelers for group trips. We facilitate introductions, provide curated itineraries, and coordinate group travel logistics.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your profile and quiz responses
- Treat fellow travelers with respect and courtesy
- Comply with all trip guidelines and local laws
- Communicate promptly with your pod and trip coordinators
- Maintain valid travel documents and insurance
4. Booking and Payments
Trip prices are displayed in USD and include accommodations, guided experiences, and group activities as specified. Flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
5. Pod Matching
While we use advanced AI to match compatible travelers, we cannot guarantee perfect compatibility. By joining a trip, you acknowledge that you will be traveling with people you have not met before and agree to approach the experience with openness.
6. Limitation of Liability
Koursair AI acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the actions of other travelers, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
