Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Timeline
Cancel more than 60 days before departure and receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancel 30-59 days before departure and receive 75% of your trip cost.
Cancel 15-29 days before departure and receive 50% of your trip cost.
Cancellations within 14 days of departure are not eligible for refunds.
Trip Credits Option
Instead of a refund, you can opt to receive trip credits worth 110% of your original payment. Credits are valid for 24 months and can be applied to any future Koursair trip.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This can protect you against unforeseen circumstances like illness, family emergencies, or travel disruptions.
Many travel insurance policies offer "cancel for any reason" coverage, which provides additional flexibility beyond standard trip cancellation protection.
Special Circumstances
In cases of documented medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances, we may offer additional flexibility. Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If your trip is cancelled by Koursair due to insufficient pod formation or other operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option for trip credits.
